Witness service — $30 per witness

If your document requires witnesses and you don't have your own, Ross Signatures can provide them for $30 per witness. Please request this ahead of time so witnesses can be arranged.

Mobile travel fee

A travel fee may apply for mobile notary appointments, based on distance and timing. You'll always get the exact amount quoted before the appointment is confirmed.

Fees are charged per notarized signature, not per document. Ross Signatures notarizes signatures only and does not provide legal advice or decide which notarial certificate your document requires.

Know your cost before you book.

Send over your document type and number of signers and Ed will confirm the exact total, including any witnesses or travel.
